Told Boutique understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

Return Guidelines

  1. Items returned within 10 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. No returns or store credit after 10 days will be accepted. 
  2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products with a removed hygiene seal. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. 

  3. All items are returned to Top of the Line Divas Boutique at the customer expense. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return complete return form and send return to

    4.  A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost  on its way back to T.O.L.D Boutique. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

    5.  Intimate wear, Swimwear and bodysuits are FINAL SALE  .

    6.   Mystery Boxes and all Final Sale items are FINAL SALE.

    7.Shoes, and accessories are NON-RETURNABLE.

 Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our facility.
       * Told Boutique does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

 T.O.L.D Boutique reserves the right not to credit you if you return items are outside the terms of our Return Policy.
